  叶琳琳在对外经贸大学获得管理学学士学位，在中央财经大学获得数理金融硕士学位，在加州大学洛杉矶分校获得经济学博士学位。她的研究主攻方向是市场微观结构、信息经济学、产业组织、行为经济学。她的研究曾获得The Research Award of the "25th Conference on the Theories and Practices of Securities and Financial Markets"。她的研究还获得了广东省自然科学基金以及国家自然科学基金的项目支持。
